About Kelly:
The founder of Still Kickin' With Kelly, based in beautiful Vancouver, BC. I've been a gym rat since I was 18 and fitness has shaped who I am today. The gym is where I built my confidence, strengthened my mental health, and learned what it means to show up for myself. Over the years, that personal work turned into a passion for helping others become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves too.
Working with seniors has become a rewarding part of my life. I love connecting with people, celebrating their small wins, and showing people of all ages that it's never too late to build strength, confidence, and independence.
